You didn't tell what was on the inside! I would assume that it is something containing or al least friends with toasted coconut but you never know. You must have enjoyed baking it, baking for someone is always special!

This is indeed very pretty and photogenic cake. Loved the subtle icing and am sure it must be a delight to have this wonderful cake !
